Completely ignored order notes to exclude allergen items. Food prepared was completely uneatable and didn’t fit what it’s supposed to be, for example a BBQ rib dish was half ribs, half plain bacon. Made out of what must be the cheapest products they could find. When confronted - laughed. This place is nothing but a joke. Avoid at all costs.

second time ive orderd here, not impressed, first time order was wrong, missing item, food cold and stale, second time, again food cold, chewy, tastless prawn crackers and missing chips, when prompted only offered a refund, could of brought chips aswell as a gesture of good will

I've tonight had a meal from you and wanted to give you some feedback. The chicken balls that you make for the sweet and sour are far too big. I personally don't like big balls. I sat on the sofa trying to watch the X Factor but the shadow from the balls caused a total eclipse on the TV screen. Of course I'll order again but please review the size of your balls as I don't want to clear snow from the tops. Many Thanks Love You Long Time.
