Absolutely crap bus doesn't turn up then when it does doesn't go we're its supposed to cause running late DONT USE
Busses usually run on time,staff are very helpful and always polite and give a safe There is also good wheelchair access plus driver's very helpful and always help boarding the bus.
It was very quite at 10 am there is small shop/waiting area they papers mag, snacks and hot drinks not very warm in the winter I think the information office is shut, it not be now but it was there portables toilet forgot about them
Scunthorpe bus drivers need to sue the charm school they failed in. Had a bus driver doing the 350 coming from the Humber Bridge driver number 76359 back to Scunthorpe that almost didn’t want to pick me up. I mean, I was standing there with my bag and a hand out to board, which I did, no thank you or hello or anything. If you don’t like your job, go do something else.nIt’s an unpleasant bus station to boot, maybe that’s why they’re all miserable as sin. It has an odour of urine about it.
The no.1 needs to stop getting cancelled. This bus was every 20min before covid now it's every 30min that's if it even shows up. This has been getting worse all year. Most the drivers are lovely but paying £4 for a day rider ticket for buses that don't show up is beyond a joke
