Saleman didnt tell us the correct information at point of sale and now customer services dont want to help. You can ask all the questions in store and been answers but they said what suits to get a sale and wash their hands of you when they have your money
Very good service Jack was very patient with us. There were no pushy sales people we were left to wander and when we wanted help we were given polite friendly service. Even got coffee. Just got to wait for sofas now.
Shocking, called in to look at some carpets, staff appeared to be more interested in socialising than sales, we gave someone else our buisness.
We previously brought from this store, ended up buying online, as the sales team was very pushy, We took the insurance out, when defects occurred dipping on the arms, and board support We was then informed we wasn't covered and would cost to repair!! So don't bother with the "it covers you" nonsense We went back to the store to look for another new sofa, to basically be followed around the store the whole time, which almost felt like they was expecting a family to walk out with a 3 piece sofa under my jacket... Felt very awkward and pushy We soon left... We appreciate the pandemic has put pressure on businesses, a simple greet and be accessible for assistance would be better then following customer around like a wolf on the hunt!
Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous to deal with purchased a sofa with them in September 2021 was told 8 week for delivery I understand possible delays due to COVID but come on…. they set 4 delivery dates got everything ready for delivery of our sofa cancelled the delivery at last minute this is 4 times this happened . Finally got a date set in stone for delivery only half of the sofa turns up at distribution centre what a joke cancelled again on the day of delivery. Can’t get a straight answer from them where the other half is and when it will be delivered so who knows where it is ‍ Customer service is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs
Went to complain about new leather chair spliting ,1 week old .store manager did not want to acknowledge us,when finally did told us go on line. I did ask if could do it he said no.after sales service non existing. Very disappointed
Staff wasn't pushy to sell us anything and felt comfortable while shopping however when we got advice about buying two sofas they gave us a total figure for the cost we would have to pay. But when we sat down to pay for the items the staff member apologised that he got it wrong and we had to pay a extra £100 because he forgot to add delivery charge and also could only use the voucher code on 1 sofa.
Walked in staff too concerned about how much weight they had gained over the holiday period. Couldn't be bothered talking to us mere customers so we left.
Excellent service by professional staff. Order for leather sofa and chair placed mid June told would be 3 months paid balance today and the suite is being delivered on Monday 20th September. As l said excellent service.
After initially giving a 5 star review, I have to say I am very disappointed and feel completely screwed over by scs. We were advised by the sales man as we were buying a new house to put a delivery date on a sofa as end on January and if we have them 6 weeks notice as soon as we had a date confirmed for the house call them and arrange delivery. So today I have called to bool delivery 9 weeks before we move in only to be told delivery dates cannot be pulled forward. I wouldn’t mind if we didn’t repeatedly tell him the date we had provisionally and then triple checked with him that we could be ok to pull it forward to that date of required. To top it all off we are now not receiving money back from deposit which is disgusting and the sales man basically tried to bluff his way out of it. I will be making a formal complaint about this and advise everyone not to write a review until you have received what you ordered when you ordered it
