The worst experience ever the male staff who was on duty was intimidating, rude, shouting at me and my son (2yr) not allowed the pushchair in the premises because it was a rainy day he did suggest that the child should stay in the pushchair by the door (closed) as it's a very safe area and he had just cleamed everything (this was barely 10am) got quite fiscal blocking our way in has children cause/make to much mess. Manage to get in with my husband huge load of washing and my poor son wrapped arms around my neck crying, absolutely terrified as the man carried on shouting at me that I had to much washing and I'm not allowed to use the big washing machine as it's only for duvee. I managed to distribute all my load through out all machines and took my son out to the little play area nearby and came back 6min b4 finishing time to find everything in baskets waiting for me dripping wet/soapy and very smelly as the male staff switch all my washing soon as I left, the female customer who held the door open for my son and I confirm it as the staff provided her imidiatly with one of my machines and proceed to stop and emptying all the others. I had to spend money still on dryer to get the excess water out the grand total loss there was £56 and a further usual £20, £10 on travel to my old launderette in Barnett London were the small machine is still £2.5 and really washes the dryers are great and the staff is wonderful also from the same background as the male staff in Rub Dub but nothing alike him. Very disappointing that they people in this world capable of such cunning....😡😡😡😡😒😡😡😡😡😡😡👿👿

If your washing machine dies at the worst possible moment, Scrub A Rub Dub is the place to go. Had a minor disaster with our machine but the staff here were fantastic, helped out with getting the machines going, advising on temperatures etc. Definitely a recommendation if you're in need of a laundromat.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Our washing machine and car broke down and for two weeks we had no clean clothes and no means of transporting all of our dirty clothes to a laundrette. I contacted Scrub a Rub Dub and the lovely gentleman who owns the place completely saved the day! He opened up the shop early for me so that I could drop my clothes off on the way in, and was able to wash it all that day and deliver it at a convenient time in the evening. He really bent over backwards to help me and it was so greatly appreciated! Don't know where I'd be without you - probably wearing dirty smelly clothes! Thank you so much, would definitely go back, and 100% recommend. Very reasonable prices as well! So so happy I found Scrub a Rub Dub!!!

Minor disaster was averted thanks to the terrific work of the staff here. The morning before guests were due to stay in our spare room, we realised one of the cats had added their own "special wash" to the duvet and mattress topper. I delivered the two items to Scrub A Rub Dub at 9am, and we picked them up, perfectly washed, dried and plastic wrapped at 5.30pm for the super price of £32 (superking sized duvet). Cannot say enough in their favour, they were just wonderful and saved our bacon not to mention the mattress!

There are a number of reasons why this launderette is always empty. The service was below an acceptable standard. Please avoid if you can.
