Very good service their staff take 3 years to train with a long distance training as well yrs you can get cheaper, however, I researched other options yous old and inferea lense products here you get exactly what you want.

I am not at all happy. Scrivens called me to book my appointment in late 2016 and then left a message on my answer phone to remind me about my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early to be told that I could not possibly have an appointment as there was no optician there that day. I rechecked the phone message when I got home and that was the time and date they had given me. No apology was given to me at all. I just assumed it was human error and one of those things. We live about 30 mins away so it was quite a lot of time wasted. But mistakes happen. Today was my son's appointment. We arrived about 8 minutes late and no one attended to us immediately. However, when the receptionist finally came to the desk she immediately announced that because we were late she was rebooking us even though we live 30 minutes away so the round trip takes an hour. She was the same one who was unapologetic when I arrived early last time and there was no optician available. Last year they were running late and we waited patiently without complaining as things happen. My daughter has contact lenses and I have to make appointments on two separate days. One day for an eye test and another day for a contact lens review. Also we are not allowed to buy as we need them but must set up a standing order. Consequently my daughter has too many lenses, which of course I am paying more for. They sent a letter to my daughter informing her the prices are going up. They did not inform me and I am the one paying for the lenses! They are clearly not a customer focussed organisation. It is organised to suit the staff and make as much profit as possible.
