STAFF THERE ARE ALWAYS ON THE BALL, CALLED EARLIER MEMBER OF STAFF JOHN, ABSOLUTELY STAR,CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY
I went in Sunday morning with a load of door furnishings as I didn’t know what to buy. Staff Max and Katy were brilliant going out of their way to find the products I required. Excellent service and lovely staff. Thank you for your help .
I tend to order via Click and Collect and am always in and out of the shop within minutes. The staff are always very friendly, and seem to deal with other customers who might not necessarily know what they want, or need help, with lots of patience. Great to see!
good selection of products in stock. Staff happy and helpful. Use them a lot as click and collect means all stuff on website can be there the next day usually if it isn't in stock alreadynAlso products good price and i like the reviews
Refused to give me a refund for an item that was 2 days old and still packaged with receipt. Would only offer customer credit even though I paid via card Had to call head office to get a refund and get the goods collected from my home via parcel force. Staff at wetherby branch need to learn customer service skills. Refuse to shop here again. Rude and very very unhelpful. If your willing to wait 20mins for head office answer. The man on the line was extremely helpful and apologetic.
