Little branch of Screwfix but conveniently located. Decent and friendly staff. Went there to get a refund and it was a seamless transaction by the young Asian gentleman. Keep up the good work guys.

A quick stop for your power tools and DIY stuffs in Westbromwich or Wednesbury area. Good customer care and ample parking space. Can check the availability of your items needed online before going there physically. Given four star as at times you will see that your required items are out of stock. Recommend this shop

The Deputy Manager served me... was really helpful. Brought my order to the side door and helped me get it in my car as it was a bulky item. I didn't even ask, he offered, which was lovely!

The worst manager he has no manners , has no customer service  at all. Not helpful  on iteams had no knowledge on his stock.  He said place orders online and takes no interest. I rathet go Westbromwich  branch  they are 10  who employed him ?nThe reply from the store owners  only gives feed back on good reviews  but not on the complaints and  unsatisfactory service given to the customer. I have  never needed to do a bad review.   1st and the last time  I go there.

I had to replace my safety work shoes urgently because one of my shoes had split on the sole. Being a diabetic if a sharp object penitrated through my shoe into my foot would have serious consequences. Thank God for Screwfix. Not only have I have got a good pair of replacement safety shoes. It's got a steel midsole for protection against sharp objects and the price is reasonable too.
