Very disappointed last Sunday.nPopped in on the spur of the moment as I had a collection.nTerrie manageress? was not customer orientated.i would say jobs worth.nI didn't have the last 4 digits of my order as I had no phone, tried giving postcode of my address, still insistent on last 4 digits, even asked Kiera to explain who I was and help her, but, still not good enough.nI was then accused of being rude in front of a long queue of customers.nI walked out!nI've never been rude to anyone, I spend thousands there, and no I don't expect different service to anyone else, but I do ask that staff aren't jobsworths.nI later returned and cancelled my order,nAn arrogant jobsworths stroppy woman has now got me questioning whether I will return.nI'm currently using Toolstation next door and to be honest, no problems and always helpful.
I went in store on two different days with two random objects and both ladies on both days gave me the best customer service Nikki and Toni thank you- you made a stressful day that little bit better!
Fantastic customer service. I can’t tell you about the pricing of Screwfix, and whether it is very competitive compared to other stores, but I can tell you how fantastic the staff are, very helpful, no question is too stupid and it’s so good to see three women behind the counter kicking ass!nIt’s just really nice to go in there. Top work Screwfix and well done all the team there.
Not sure what was wrong with Catherine today at about 12 ish !!!!.nShe had a proper attitude during my customer experience.nI've always found screwfix to have excellent service, so today I was rather taken back !!!.nI'd wished I'd gone to toolstation.nWhich I did mention, and she said go on then, .nVery rude woman to say the least .nHope she has a better day tomorrow !!!
Very quick and helpful the manger was the best and went over and above what could be done and helpful
