Their site wouldn't let me click and collect,nSo I went in and purchased the products I required, they charged me £145 when I got home I went to empty my basket on my online account and noticed the exact same items came to £121. Won't be using them again and will be cancelling my account.
Very helpful staff, who provide a good knowledgeable service.nI visit Screwfix in Scarborough regularly and I can usually get whatever I need.nnCompetitive pricing on most items and some great special offers, make this place well worth a visit
Quick and easy to order lock parts to repair the front door, with a reminder text to tell me when they were ready for collection
Always found the staff and management hepfull in ordering and/or returns at the Scarborough and the Wakefield depots with a positive can do attitude-MAYBE idea to send some of the negative+toxic staff over from the local Wetherspoons and work a few shifts on screwfix branch front desk and see how truengenuine customer is carried out-Keep up the good work guys as I personally think they do not always get the credit they deserve considering the unsocial+long shifts-WELL DONE GUYS+GALS
Arrived to pick up 3 orders to be informed that one was at Bridlington. The unbelievably annoying manageress informed me that I could not have a refund on my card and I would have to ring customer service centre. Terrible customer service. Toolstation are far more amiable and helpful.
