Really great service today kicking myself because I don't remember the names. Friendly, smiley, jovial mood. Really pleasant experience. My door handle fell off so had to get a replacement. I have no idea what I'm doing, really helpful guy with glasses sorted me out a perfect fit and lady with brown hair was throwing out a few jokes and being very warm. Thanks guys, you're doing a great job
Very competitive prices even compared to other online sellers. All the top brands and staff try to be as helpful and polite as possible with a pretty good knowledge of what they're selling. I'd recommend Screwfix, my only reason for dropping a couple of stars is because I often find the more popular items are out of stock, the app says its a click & collect item but in actual fact its not, so you still end up waiting a couple of days for them to get it into that particular shop, this is annoying as I could have purchased from somewhere else quicker. Other than that, they're good
Best to bring a box/bag along with you, if you're picking up a bunch of miscellaneous bits for Bob's job.nnThey'll rummage around but it's the point that they don't have bags or boxes set aside for orders which is inconvient.

Online order, collection checked in automatically on arrival and the staff then ignored it for all walk in customers that arrived afterwards. 10 minutes stood at collection desk while people walked up to till and jumped the queue
