Trainee young lady on the till being talked through some stuff on the till. She was super fridnlt and polite! The manager assisting her was kind and patient with her and it was lovely to see. PLUS the other lady who came to the till also said hi! I’m a sucker for good customer service and that was great from all! Thanks!
