The manager was extremely helpful and friendly in advising us on all issues /materials to do with wood preservation when we went in last week. We came back this week to get several things and again the customer service again the manager and also his colleague Anthonywas brilliant! They are so friendly and helpful. We won’t go anywhere else now. THANK YOU to the manager and your team! We highly recommend this Screwfix.
My partner was doing work for Screwfix… we had travelled a long way and I needed to use the restroom.nnThey were super helpful and let me use the one in the back, what was also great was that they had loads of pads and tampons to use, for when the unexpected time of the month shows!!

Great team, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Needed to replace my pressure washer which was still just within the two year manufacturer’s warranty and assumed I would have the hassle of boxing it up and returning to the manufacturer, I mentioned this to the staff and was told no need for that, just bring it back here and we will replace with a new washer. Many thanks.
