I'm after 5 years engineering from the best university in the Poland and one from Best in the Europe I am engineer from qualification..Just because I never need translate my engineering documents screwfix didn't like give me discounts for plumbing materials when I'm splending every month 4000 f .I was argue with shop this is not right ..im owner of limited company from 2 years 5 stars out of 5 stars rating Many happy customers and this is not enough ??? Engineer is much more qualified than standard plumber ....Manager this shop give me word to sort this and give me some discount he give me twice word with this and just empty promises to call me back . I am very disappointed this is discrimination and just pure theft if I know that from beginning I will never buy so many materials waiting for promising and lies.

Great branch, staff are excellent just a shame that they are let down by the customer services team on the phone line who are the most unhelpful ignorant and condescending bunch of useless individuals I have ever had the misfortune to have to speak to, as a result of their lack of flexibility or offer to support with an issue we have taken the business elsewhere. and will think twice before doing anymore with the outfit.

This place was a small place with more to offer than you may think.... It's small but it has a lot to offer. This place kinda stunk when I went after I snuck outta Tesco Litherland though! Apart from that which sent it down a star, I'd recommend because it's a really great good store
