I wanted some gate hinges, the girl just pushed a catalogue towards me and told me the section to look in, without my reading glasses I was struggling, I did ask specifically for 300mm tee hinges. This was obviously too much trouble for them. I sat in my car using my phone to search and found Screwfix to be much cheaper and they are on the same car park. They couldn't believe how toolstation didn't try to help me. Saturday afternoon and very quiet. Just lazy staff I think.
Staff in here are the best. You need to arrive pre ordered or with codes ready to go. It’s not B&Q where you can browse. Know what you need and don’t hold other people up

Very convenient for getting some DIY supplies. Some good prices, although may not be the best price.
