Popped in for some electrical items, nothing what I wanted was in stock, so chose alternatives and joined the queue. I waited.....and waited....and waited, no more staff seemed came to the tills, yet plenty in the background chatting,so got fed up of waiting and went to toolstation, I was sorted virtually instantly, and they were cheaper.
Used these for years as a tradesman with my plumbfix account. Probably ten years or more It’s usually good service but today I was ignored for not signing in to click and collect and then patronised by one staff member. I’ve never signed in before on arrival and I always just give my order number to a staff member for them to collect my order. And it has always worked fine Today It was lunchtime on a Sunday and very quiet. Someone who arrived after me was even served first even though I had been standing at the counter for five minutes waiting. Finally i was “loudly instructed” that I should have signed in and then he would collect my order - otherwise he will ignore me. He then proceeded to take my order number and fetch the order without me signing in anyway.
Fantastic service! I use the store regularly. Never had a problem. Served by Amie this week, always friendly and helpful, as are all the staff!

Loads of choice and plenty of stock. A catalogue would be helpful as some of us cannot remember the fancy names of products.
