Bought online few bits and bops and my colleague couldn't pick it up because now you have to have the ID with a picture and correct address. Never before I had to show anything apart my refernce number and credit card. Had to go there myself but because my middle name was not on my Driving licence so really butch female store manager was involved. After very careful examination I could see the heavy intellectual effort mounting up between eyebrows... I had to point out that address on both - my account and ID - is matching as well as my Surname. Finally she decided to release the goods. TBH I am not sure if she could read so I showed my copier access card with a picture and only that made her moustache rise in a smile... Next thing I expect from them is that you need to bring a proof in that you are not an elephant.

Dishonest staff. Gave me advice that made me deselect their plugs, then to compensate she charged me for two cans of Swarfega hand cleaner. It seemed to me like she responded to a colleague in the back of the store, and he did not approve of the advice given. Go to Toolstation Charlton instead. Check your bill very thoroughly if you use Screwfix Charlton Don’t let them screw you.

Very friendly stuff, and has a a very wide range of equipment available. Only improvement i would recommend is having a digital browsing option, as the book may take a long time for some people.

They didn't have what I wanted but they double checked and then referred me to a competitor..Very helpful.
