Best DIY shop I’ve ever been. The staff saw me carrying some bulky stuff and ran to open the door for me voluntarily. Once inside, the return process was fast and easy. Both Milan and the shop manager Shane was a pleasure to deal with, friendly, cheerful and most approachable. I am most impressed!!!!! Well done everyone.
I’m not really one to leave many reviews but after spending a lot of time and money in this store this year I feel like they deserve it. I’ve never been in a store where everyone is so friendly and helpful. One guy even welcomes me as Mr Rooney each time I come in. Just been in and they handled a potentially troublesome return without any issues. Well done Screwfix Purley Way!
The most unhelpful and lazy staff I have ever experienced at ANY DIY shop..nnOn the 4th of September my husband had gone in and went to the counter to ask some questions on a purchase they stopped him and said they are busy and to use the Ipad yet there was nobody else in the store.nnShocking service have used many different screwfix stores such as Colindale, Harrow, and Barking and never had this kind of experience there! I will never do business at this store again. Disgusting service!
Paris was amazing! Her customer service was outstanding and she dealt with my issue very quickly. 5 stars
Rude no custumer service needs training on serving even if shop is busy that what happens when jade of purley serves you beware
