Very disappointed, went to Screwfix at Grays today. Duty Manager Amber was very rude, Because I asked her do they hire staff. She's reacted rudly, racist behaviour.nI like Screwfix over the B&Q and Wickes. Along this month spent over £800 at Screwfix, however didn't expect racism from staff.nMiss Amber does not deserve to be a duty Manager, someone should be polite and helpful.nAvoid Screwfix in the future.
Rude staff. I’ve visited a few times and hoped that I wouldn’t be served by the same rude staff. Unfortunately, the treatment was no different, unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ve been shopping at Thurrock branch and never felt disappointed.
Regular here, staff are great good knowledge, friendly always happy to help, you’ll always find what you’re looking for. Not to busy , parking available
Lovely location, easy to get in and out.nStaff are brilliant. Dale and Tony class characters. Excellent service.
The best and an ideal place to buy almost everything you need and a good value for your money
