I have just come back from the shop. There was two ladies. One of the lady one extremely rude. She was not even polate.No thank you, just nothing. He has really bad attitude towards to the customers. Description: dark hear. I hope it would more complain on her. She should work as customer service
Today's visit was good, but not able to get what I was after. Not available till next month., but both persons I spoke to were very polite and helpful. I would still highly recommend others to shop here. parkhead branch. Well done to you both this is meant as a compliment to them.
Yesterday I visited the screwfix at parkhead. I was looking to buy a number of lines my electrician gave me to help out . Total novice I approached the counter and a very friendly lady asked if she could help . She took me over to one of the system and explained how to narrow range down etc and helped me pick what I required . She then served two tradesmen who had came in . The system was having a bit of difficulty or maybe it was me ? .She noticed came back over and helped then took me to the counter as the database is continuing to update at one point She offered to pick up 2 items from a branch in East kilbride to help me out as she stayed. Lose. Going beyond in the end I managed to get the order from parkhead store. As I looked at her badge .Karen was her name I noticed branch manager to be honest she is a total credit .outstanding customer service . I will get to pick up my remaining ordered items on Sunday. Please pass on my gratitude to Karen you are whats missing in a lot of places good customer service. Superb
Had to register to get click and collect, initially irritated, but only took a few minutes and order ready to collect almost immediately. Working on a site near scewfix and they saved the day. Excellent service and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this company, and this branch.
Walked in store, picked up the item I wanted, waited no more than 3 minutes before being served busy morning and left happy. What more could you want. Good selection in stock, knowledgeable staff.
