I always make sure I come to this Screwfix as they are the most friendly team, always seem to have the stock I need, and I never have to wait around too long if at all. I actually enjoy coming here!
I had to collect some garden lights... what a nice polite young man greeted me. What I liked most of all was that he refered to me as Mrs Connell... That is my name, but how lovely to have a person read the order, identify you and use your name. It's been a long time since I left a store any store and had such a great experience. Little things mean such a lot. If this is down to staff training - well done Screwfix, I have a feeling it probably has something to do with his upbringing. Either way, I left the store with a skip in my step!

Great new branch in Faversham had everything I required,a great trade counter
Just ordered a towing bar which was in stock only to drive to the store to be told it won't be in stock until Tuesday and I won't be able to be refunded until after this date. It was needed for this morning so I'm now off to buy another from a local supplier should have gone there first
