Nice new Screwfix here. It's very easy to get to with lots of easy parking out front. They also have one of those green unit things for click and collect. Staff here are very friendly, i was served by Luke who was happy to serve me and seems to actually care about his job and want to look after customers
Be ready to walk half a mile with your heavy products as they can't even open the car gates on the weekend. Will never be shopping there again.
Helpful and friendly staff, even though it was a busy Saturday my order was processed promptly and staff were still smiling.nPerhaps computer systems could be updated to help staff help customers, one item was out of stock when asked if there was an alternative this seemed to bewilder the assistant, he didn't even have a page number on his screen and had to randomly thumb through pages of the catalogue until I picked one up and looked in the index to tell him the page.nHad to return the next day for an exchange and was served by a less experienced staff member who didn't seem as friendly but with the help of his supervisor the transaction was dealt with well and swiftly.nOverall a good experience.
Did order online very quick got text when ready to collect. Easy and had everything I needed or next day usually no problem
Nice and quick pick up in one minute after using the app to click and collect,.nWhen you go in the store you need to enter your order threw a machine on the right hand side of the shop and you get an orange or yellow ticket , once you take the ticket to the counter you get your purchase in input a minute or two .nBrilliant friendly staff , and very tidy store .
