Pros: Daily deliveries for good stock, staff are friendly, relatively clean entrance and sales point.nnCons: Entrance to the site is a hazard for pedestrians walking to/from, Trucks that drive about on the site have no Banksmen or lookouts, Forklift drivers running about on the car park, Small sales point /click & collect no walkabout browsing.
I collected a 20kg bag of screed today and a petite young girl by the name of Charlene said she would carry the bag out to my car for me as she said its already on her shoulder, thats what I call good customer service. Top marks to you Charlene, and you did it with a smile. Your a credit to Screwfix.
Visited today the guys were really helpful especially Mark
friendly staff quiet but i like it that way prices good x
Poor customer service, a young lady trying to serve me with a mask on behind a screen, could not understand what she was saying, then the card verification did not work I produced my other cards and id and information on my account still not Good, I don't want to go back !
