During the past year the cars have not been off the drive much, so when one of their batteries gave up the ghost along with the battery charger, one or the other had to be replaced.nOrdered a battery booster pack using click and collect, recieved the confirmation of order, another when it was in stock. Collected it and charged it for 24hours, connected to the car as per instructions and first turn of the key it fired up.nHave no complaints of the goods or service.
We needed to return an order and collect an order. Overall we were in the store for over 30 minutes, the service was so slow. During this time we heard the staff all young girls and lads make fun of a couple of customers for various reasons after they left. This was done loudly and in front of other customers. It was uncomfortable to listen to and very disrespectful.
Very handy easy to get to got the lot great place..and staff very helpful...it's my first try when need this gear.....it's great value also
Very helpful and polite staff.I normally order what I want online and collect it the next day. They message your phone when the item has arrived. Excellent !
Overhaul usually good but today I tried to use my £10 coupon that they gave us when we joined the plumbfix account but they could not get the coupon to work so didn't get my £10 off.
