Great service here, the women at the front was very helpful and came over to the tablet to help me, it was a donut day as well so got a lovely cuppa and donut
I visited a nearby Wicks and it didn't have the product I was looking for. I then found Screwfix via Google. Quickly checked online and found my product in stock. I drove to the Screwfix lunch time and saw signs for parking wahey they have parking for customers and approx about 6 -7 bays , 2 bays marked for those with disabilities. Parking for customers is a real big deal for me it helped so much and then I simply walked a few yards to the shop front.nnIt wasn't busy inside, so approached the counter, and was greeted by friendly professional staff who i found very helpful. Paid for my item by quoting the item number and waited 2 minutes for the product its like Argos in terms of you pay and someone then comes along with your purchase. They also have a screen for you to use to check stock and reserve or you can click and collect online then visit to collect.nnI didn't know it was this easy and I will be using Screwfix more now. Thank you for the excellent service.
All staff are very good and very help fullnWithout jodie she is ver rudenI dont why screwfix pay money to her for work she didint do anything she just give stress to the customer
Very appalling behaviour from the staff and especially imran the stupid prick of a manager. I'm am their neighbour and have a business right next to them and have always shopped there whenever needing bits and bobs. I was refused sale of a black permanent marker yes you read correctly a black permanent marker because apparently i was going to buy it and give it to my cashier who they believe is under age surprisingly she is 24years old. Anyways never have i ever heard you need ID to buy a marker and even when i had ID they just blatantly refused to serve me. Now i have never had any problem with any of the staff before they are all great people and have great amazing customer service but the staff who were working today are a bunch of idiots and especially the manager IMRAN who is a lost cause and will run this store down. My advice is not get staff who are not a few brain cells short and leave it with the ones who care. Also wont be coming here again even though i have a business right next door
