Lovely staff and my fave place to quickly pick up tools and DIY bits.
Sorted me out the day before yesterday and then again today good service only trouble is are Bradford friends were pushing in just walking straight to the front of the cue it's not on
Good friendly staff. Only went to buy no nonsense sugar soap but they have to log in my name and address to buy an item. When asked why is this necessary and got an answer that if you buy a boiler and its faulty you will blame us for it so we keep a record. Well confused. Regret giving my info.
Called in for a click and collect order this morning and the three ladies working were very helpful and friendly, this is what great customer service looks like - well done.
Guy behind counter, no greeting incredibly quiet and away with the fairies.nAlways have what you need though, can't fault them for how easy it is to order.
