I had a lovely experience at Screwfix, I had come straight from work and was very tired and not in very socialising mood, however these two amazing lady’s Don-don and Chloe really helped me and cheered me up. They were extremely friendly and made me laugh, helped me with what I wanted, and over all I had a wonderful time.
My husband & myself came to the shop on Saturday it was very busy but nothing was too much trouble for Donna. She was sorting all the customers out telling them to do the order on the laptops then they wouldn't need to wait. Donna was really helpful when we asked about our problem which she sorted straight away. No rushing us taking her time trying to sort us out. She told us what to buy & she was right. We thanked her & left. I must say we have fantastic service from all screwfix staff .here &
Extremely helpful and supportive staff on hand and I found what I wanted.nIf I'm honest the items I needed was the cheapest and still of great quality in the town.nIf you need pacific item or items you are much better to order and collect online, it's really straightforward and easy to use on app or online.
If I can’t try a product on safety shoes before I buy and have to order and collect then you screwfix are no better than Amazon. Yes I took my service elsewhere at Toolstation across from you! They were far more willing and helpful.
I had a good experience with this place. I had bought cameras and installed it. But one component stopped working properly. Staff could not accept return, as insisted who package should be returned which was very difficult thing to do as the rest of it was installed on the building. But manager was helpful and agreed for a part exchange. Thanks
