All I'm going to say, is greet your customers with a smile and a good morning/afternoon please. As soon as you knew I was staff, you smiled . Being nice goes a long way.

Unknowledgeable dismissive staff, putting your bottom lip out and saying I don’t know, endear endear customers your company when your website clearly shows items for sale a polite we don’t stock it or I don’t know. 2 staff members might as well have not bothered turning up for work when they don’t know what use something is for inside or out

Very pleased bought myself some new goodies.nStaff very helpful especially when I couldn't read the product numbers because I don't carry my reading glasses so I just pointed at the relevant pictures in the book.nEven with all that i was in and out within 10 minutes.nGreat service many thanks.

Not too many products for sale and what they do have is more expensive than what you would find elsewhere. Would recommend if what you need is only available at Screwfix, overwise I'd recommend going to Toolstation next door.

Came in today for a Yale cylinder. Such a helpful lady called Sara, looked up a previous product I bought to match what I wanted, no trouble at all.
