Excellent service and very helpful staff who sorted out a problem concerning free radiator valves my cock up not theirs
Screwfix is great, everything is a great price, but finding what you want and for it to be in stock abs not order jest day can be an issue. A lot of items are next day or next day only. But customer service and price you can not complain at. Plus your never far from a screwfix and this one was a good store
Pleasant staff, next day delivery really good if not in stock and great value.
Very efficient in getting stock ready for click and collect. Majority in stock or ordered quickly. The 2 stars are lost as there's been a few times in the past when I've received the wrong item, also an issue today manager - see below. Unbelievably on one occasion I'd bought a 7lb sledge hammer only to be given a club hammer, to be then told it was correct. Some people really do have poor product knowledge. I used to have to remember 100s of tools in the days before online computer systems. Also unprofessional to blame the picker in front of me when this should have been checked. Another unprofessional observation today as the manager was rather abrupt with his staff due to it being a busy period. There are better ways to communicate this without everyone in the que hearing what your saying.
Always great. Would like to store stock in for all items when ordering but other than it I can't fault the place
