Visited twice this week. The things I wanted were in stock. I was served quickly by helpful staff, one of whom took the time to check that I was selecting the correct model of ceiling fan with timer.
Was in today looking for advice and found a male member we of staff to be most unhelpful. All he did was sigh and look over my head at more customers coming in. I said how good it was to be busy at which point he moaned at not having enough staff. Felt he wasn’t interested in my business and more concerned with workmen coming in and their orders. In the end I said to forget it and I would just order online. Majorly disappointed as I had read previous reviews and thought this would be the place to go.
Great friendly and well trained enthusiasts staff. Nothing is ever has been a issue
Excellent service, coupled with extensive stock, staff are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable what more could you ask for ..... bargains
Top Marks to the young girl helping solve a plumbing problem. She took her time and knowledge to solve the issue at a cost of less than £2.
