Paddy was very rude and on my visit today at 1358hrs. Between his abrupt manor, rolling his eyes and sighing! All because I asked to order a tube of silicon! Won’t be rushing back!
Because it was over a certain amount nowhere said that you needed I.D. I even had my husband on the telephone but they still wouldn't give me what I had ordered. I also had the confirmation that my husband had sent over email. The job worth. I have to travel about a 70 mile journey to go to Screwfix, but won't be buying anything again.
Helpful staff, usually very quick and returns were easy.
I went in thinking I'd spend at least 200£ to fix my shower the turny thing for the temperature came undone. Not knowing what to ask for, how to explain my problem, or even what the parts were called, the staff was quick to start suggesting fixes and checking prices.nThe saving idea came when I was told I could try just screwing it back in... i left the store feeling like an idiot, but hoping the suggestion would work.nHere I am, with a functioning shower again, having spent 0£ on it. The staff was so nice about it and didnt try selling me a bunch of things that could have solved it, but would have been so much more work!
Went in to collect my order was served within a few minutes ofnmy arrival.nMy order was searched for and taken to customers desk very quickly indeed.nWould use this Screwfix Depot Again once needed
