Friendly service and nice to see a bit if Xmas decorations

I was having a bad day and had to pop in to get some emulsion and rollers while holding a young puppy. The lad serving me saw that I was struggling with the paint and puppy, so very kindly took the paint to the door to allow me to put straight into my car boot. Probably a very small thing, but he was the only person that day who bothered to help me. He's a local lad, tall, of African heritage - please pass on my thanks.

Sales agent Aly!  Doesn't know how to work with customers.  Doesn't know the product.  I wanted to see what I'm buying!  She said she didn't have time to show.  Do not recommend

Very fast at processing orders. Often the order is ready to be collected before you even have a chance to get in the car. Parking is a little limited and can sometimes be busy but the location is quite good.

5 staff members. 12am. 3 x customers waiting, approximate waiting time 30min. Zero customer service skills.

It's always better to have a product code, which you can find online easily. Great customer service.

Needed new tap gear for the kitchen sink, 2 minutes on the screwfix site, click and collect booked for my local store. 20 minutes later I'm picking it up! Staff are always friendly, store is clean and well organised. Really can't fault the service here if I tried!
