DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Had my car for 5 months after an accident. Kept telling me that the repairs were nearly done but the car never arrived. It dragged on for months. When the repair was eventually done it had clearly been rushed and was so poor that the insurance company agreed to buy the car off us. They even claimed for new parts that they did not put onto the car. DO NOT USE!!Service: Body & Trim

Heres my before and after pictures! All I can say is WOW they have done an absolutely fantastic job in under 24 hours. I actually cannot believe the service I received from them for the really decent price. My car received a full valet afterward inside and out and it just looks fantastic. I was booked in quickly. All the staff were fantastic, kind and helpful. I have booked in again next month for another scratch and frankly I can't wait!!!!!!!! Thank you everyone!!!

It's really bad service they don't answer their phone at all . They had my vehicle over 2 months now and I don't know how long will last there. Even my insurance couldn't get to them

Scrape escapes collected my vehicle in December 2021 to repair damage to the front wing over wheel arch as part of an insurance claim. This repair is STILL ongoing 7 months later. I have been unable to contact them , my insurers have been unable to contact them. and they still have my vehicle. Very unhappy.

Absolutely Brilliant repair centre. I hadn’t had my car that long so was heart broken when I managed to scrape it up a wall. Part of the door and the whole back panel was damaged, dented with deep gouges and pain completely scratched off. I assumed the repair would be a best job possible and just a patch up at best but picked it up and it is GOOD AS NEW!!! You can’t tell anything happened, all dents gone and paint matches perfectly. Absolutely delighted. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Lies, lies and more lies. They told me that my car was finished and just waiting on one part, they didn't know my car had a tracker and I could see it had been sat in a storage compound for 4 months and not moved. When I finally got the car back the workmanship was terrible and had to send the car back. On a positive note the receptionist is very helpful

Excellent company from start to finish they gave brilliant service. I met Mat and George what nice people couldn't do enough. Would certainly use again. Thanks for brilliant service on my BMW and the hire care wasn't bad either! Haha
