Top notch food & even better folks! If you’re in the local area looking for some quick food? Just go to Scran. It’s as easy as that.
My favourite spot for guilty pleasure food in Troon. My go to is their salt and chilli wrap, it's the best! They have outdoor seating and a small indoor seating area. The service is always great. Call ahead to order on a weekend as they can get swamped.
The ground was quiet when we were there no match on, we ordered at the counter and ate in the car, watching the sea. But the loaded fries were exactly what we needed after a long cold beach walk. The service was very good too, and quite entertaining.
Tried Scran for the first time and it did not disappoint! The smash burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked, the loaded fries were amazing, and everything tasted fresh. You can tell they put effort into making “junk food done good.” Great vibe and friendly service too, can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely deeeelicios! With well cooked crispy chips. Perfect portion size, very filling. Called in on the way to catch the ferry and ate our Haggis & Chicken wraps, still hot, on board the ferry.
