Exceptional dining experience from arrival to leaving. Excellent customer service throughout, really attentive staff. Outstanding food, great quality, fresh and catering for any dietary requirement. The atmosphere at night is great for any occasion. We loved it so much we returned for breakfast, breakfast with the Marina view is stunning with the sun shining, it felt like we were abroad. The venue benefits from accommodation next door and we hope to return and stay at the Salt Lodge on our next trip to Troon. Highly recommend this restaurant.
There today for my birthday. Thank you for a lovely table with an amazing view. To be honest most tables had great views of either the marina or the fish tanks inside which looked great and interesting. Staff attentive and polite really enjoyed our visit. Signature seafood dish was a lovely selection of seafood.
Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. We felt right at home. We started with salmon for the appetizer, and had fish and chips for the main. It was one of the best meals we had in Scotland- highly recommend!
Great place, very friendly staff that make me feel comfortable and looked after, amazing views and really clean. Place that staff cares a lot whether its customers or there role. I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommended to anyone. Thanks guys. PS don't forget to go to the sea side if you in the area just few seconds from Scotts. One of me favourite spots to parkup and just chill by the sea. Will put few pictures for everyone.
Nice location with views overlooking the marina. Interesting menu choices too. Bit out of the way so a good walk from the main activity of Troon but plenty of parking if you want to drive there. Nicely decorated and quite spacious inside. Worth asking for a window seat to appreciate the views.
One of the best meals during our trip to Scotland’s west coast. Nestled in Troon, this is a real gem. We had breakfast and had to come back for lunch. The service was nothing short of excellent
Amazing Restaurant! I visited here with two friends between 16:00 and 18:00, on 12th June 22. If I had to recommend a restaurant to go to when anyone was visiting Ayrshire, it'd be this one. The atmosphere was great. The restaurant had beautiful decor, including wall set fish tanks, real fireplaces, and lovely big window views over the marina. The staff were amazing too. We were served by two female waitresses. A brunette and a blonde whose names I wish I could remember so I could mention them. Both were very friendly and attentive. The best thing here was by far the food! The best muscles I've ever had. And they came in a huge portion with sourdough bread and fries on the side! My friends had the King Prawn fajitas and Beef Burger respectively, and they both said that they loved theirs too. The Mac'n'Cheese side was large too and deserves a special mention for how good it was. All this was excellent quality and, considering the quality and portion size, very reasonably priced.
Always a great experience at Scott’s. Busy Saturday night, good atmosphere. The main of Seabass with prawn & pea linguine was amazing. Very well looked after by the staff - thank you.
This was my first time and will be my last time at scotts. I read that they had some vegan options so we whent in. I ordered the plantbased burger and they gave me a real burger I ask my friend to try it and he confirmed it was real I spoke to the manager who tried to say that it was a plantbased burger but I wasn't taking no chances in the 5 years of being vegan and going to festivals and trying all different burger pattys this was definitely the real thing so really just to warn other people of my experience and hope they don't get put in that position. Dietary restrictions: Miss leading and Miss understanding
Lovely restaurant with a great view. Staff were attentive and the food was of a good standard - good seafood choices. My mother has mobility issues and the restaurant is on the first floor, so we were glad of the lift. Good stuff :
