I once was denied support because they asked me if I had any available money on hand, I told them I had £5 and after that they said there was nothing they could do to support me. Most other times after I have had great support and received well needed help, just keep in mind that it's not always the same workers who are on call.
A joke fund where they only help women and children whilst looking to underspend and save themselves money. They can all rot there's no genuine as to it.

Not sympathetic at all very abrupt and rude will starve rather than call them again.
Very slow been living in a house with no furniture nothing sleeping on a floor I am disabled with back problems this is a very poor service
