Just bought a brand new 1 series from Stratstones BMW in Leeds. The service could not have been better. The salesmen I dealt with,both on the phone and in person Jack and Ryan, were excellent and made the purchase a very smooth process from start to finish. I was given the 'big reveal' and a thorough briefing on all the features on the day and was made to feel it was a special experience. Will definitely be back next time around.

Great customer service at Stratstone Leeds. I have had my previous 330d Tourer maintained here and recently took advantage of an amazing deal on my M135i! The process of agreeing a trade in deal on my old car and setting up finance on the new one was smooth from start to finish, with regular updates on the ETA of my new car. When the day came I couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommended.
We purchased a Z4 today and can say that our experience was fantastic. From my initial enquiry at the start of the week Jay has been professional in his contact with myself, making sure I had all relevant information before we made the drive across today. The purchase process was smooth and efficient. Also Hari at reception was very attentive making sure we had drinks, kept us informed and comfortable whilst Jay was attending to another customer. The only one thing that could be better would be the provision of biscuits to go with the excellent coffee!!

Experience buying car was excellent, however my after sales experience was everything but. I was sold a bmw m135i with the next service requirements set for January 2026. I have now found out that bmw has just reset the I drive but not done any service. This was highlighted when my key was scanned & showed last service was November 2022. So a major service is due after only owning the car 5 months. After numerous calls to the service department & sales & an email to Robbie Hogan, nobody has the decency to call back to discuss my problem. I have always received good service in the past but not this time. What a shame. Follow up don't try contacting the follow up email either as that doesn't get you in touch with anyone who cares either. Not one call back. 0/10 customer service.
Ryan was fantastic & really made the experience of buying my 520d touring special. Super knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to give his time to help at a moment's notice. Ended up with a great deal on a car I love and a really competitive part exchange offer on my previous vehicle. Simon was also very helpful, pleasant to deal with, and forthcoming with extras and service to sweeten the deal.
Reviewing after a week post sale. We did have some hiccups here and there pre and post sale of the car. But our sales advisor was very friendly and relatable, a nice family guy who is lovely to have a chat with and is quite knowledgeable about his industry. I would advise to make sure the receptionist is a bit more organised but we will discount it to her being new in the company. All in all we are happy with our new bmw and the prompt responses when we need help or have a new quiery . Hopefully this is not our last bmw upgrade. I wanted to leave a 5 star review for the sales team at Stratsone Leeds for the exceptional service I received purchasing my next car through them. First off, I dealt with Hamish Steventon, who is head of sales, Robbie Hogan, Miles Hamblet, and Hari in the showroom on the day of collection. They were all extremely attentive, curtious, enthusiastic, and very, very helpful. Every step of the process was handled so well, communications were top notch, I got a superb part ex on my BMW, and the whole experience of buying my next car was made thoroughly enjoyable by these great folks at Stratsone Leeds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone in the market to buy a car, credit where it is due! Bravo Stratsone Leeds, and thanks again for everything Stewart.
Having just collected our Used Approved BMW 118i M-Sport from BMW Stratstone Leeds, I can say it was a fantastic experience. Our knowledge of the BMW range was pretty limited, but both the product and range knowledge provided by Ryan Balmer was truly outstanding. We had a fairly good idea of what we were looking for and Ryan was able to fine tune our purchase to exactly what wanted. From test drive to vehicle handover Ryan treated us with exceptional service that made the whole experience an absolute pleasure.
