So far, disastrous. I have found them pleasant and courteous - they talk the talk beautifully but when it comes to actually doing the job, that's another matter. I got my quotation last September, nothing happened, whenever I phoned or visited they were really helpful...and nothing happened. Now I have about a quarter of the job done and discover they've gone bust. There's another company trying to pick up the pieces, and again they are really nice...but I don't hold out any hope of the job being finished. Do not use this company, or at least not until the receivers have done their work and the new company (John Scott Plumbers Ltd) has proved itself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, after 2 months the piping has fallen off the wall. The lady says she has phoenixed the company and refuses to accept any liability for the work despite using the same company name and plumbers.

Brilliant service, phoned on Monday morning, were there within 2 hours, other company's had told me 3pm, leak fixed. Will use again when the weather gets better for an outside tap,

Easily the most incompetent and rudest admin person ever - she couldn't be less helpful.  Apparently sending her an email means she ignores it for 2 weeks.  Plumbers seem OK, but it can take weeks to get them to visit.

Avoid.
