It honesty takes my breath away each time I visit, Foods amazing, value for your money for sure, I even met a guy who had heard about the Scot’s pine breakfast in a cycling event miles away and came along way just to try it and was more than impressed. The cafe is not your normal run of the mill kind of cafe, it’s a community all in its own welcoming local young & elderly visitors and catering for all their needs with a smile and an open heart The service is outstanding especially Sarah and Linda who go over and above my very high expectations! So if your looking for a beautiful atmosphere, fab food and a giggle head towards THE SCOTS PINE CAFE
What a real find. The last time I was there it was less than desirable but now? Well!! What a change. Re decorated and now looking spick and span with a welcoming fire and the cosy warmth. Fab welcome from Sara as you head in and she will cheerfully pop by your table, leave you a menu and leave you to peruse for a couple of minutes. The day I was in was a wet miserable day but it was brightened by Sara and a plate of the most marvellous and tasty mushroom soup. The other choice was Lentil. Along with my ham and Brie toastie and my superb coffee certainly made me a happy bunny. Go visit if you get the chance. Ambiance was terrific as was the food and the service.
Took my mum for afternoon tea and it was beautiful Everything was home made and delicious Tea and coffee was unlimited Excellent value for money and great service The quiche was particularly good Anything left was put in a box to bring home Highly recommend this cosy and homely wee place
Have now been in this tearoom 4 times enroute to visit relatives. I can honestly say it is a pleasure to pop in and eat here. Staff are warm and welcoming. Food is delicious and I would highly recommend their posh fish finger with homemade tartar sauce. I will be back.

Just stopped for a couple of sandwiches to take away. Delicious, really well filled, lots of extras, presented nicely in a box with salad and dressing and crisps. Will come back, next time maybe sit in by the stove! Oh and coleslaw was to die for!
