After a day's fishing, I needed a relaxing pint and a good meal. I can always rely on the beer at the Ship to be 'spot on' and the food to be delivered promptly but with no 'short cuts'. Nothing more to say Just be cautious of taking your dog if he/she is not good with other dogs as a lot walk off their leads
Lovely place to fish and truly get to know the nature.
Lovely place to go for a walk or to bike along. The Wigan flashes are surrounded by beautiful wildlife. Negative side is that there are some dodgy looking dogs located in this area.
