I had windows fitted 7 years ago I had 10 year guarantee. The windows were leaking somewhere and caused damage to internal wood causing wet rot.The company came out silicone outside and then strung me along for 6 months saying they would send joiner to fix inside. Then it was too expensive for the joiner to do the work as he would have to remove windows to replace damaged wood. They decided it wasn't covered in my my guarantee .I am very dissatisfied with their service would not recommend them.
One of the best experiences I have had with any company. Their New Homes team of Tom and Michael were first class from the very first phone call to the installation. Knowledgeable, accurate, courteous and helpful and would highly recommend them.
All Facia, Doors and windows supplied in our new build home 4 years ago. Needed a screw cap to match the facia, as screw hadn't been put at the end of facia and they had slipped - not their fault as I think the builders fitted them, but when I phoned to see about getting a screw cap to match the facia they were really unhelpful and weren't interested, telling me they hadn't done facia in over a year and telling me they no longer do residential either!... I did know this, as I told her I used them when they did do residential! Just plain rude and unhelpful, all for 1 blinking 'screw cap' - honestly, their customer service used to be brilliant, hence why I called them for help!... not even the offer of a phone number to look elsewhere! Thanks for nothing... maybe a wee course in customer service needed, or just common decency!
Don't go near them. Wouldn't honour 10yr warranty on conservatory. Windows steaming up blamed on age, after only 7yrs. Had to get lawyers involved and even then they were rude to lawyers.
Great windows, but the installers cracked a tile on my porch, promised to replace it, then didn't bother to do anything about it. Now their number doesn't work. Don't touch them with a bargpole. Probably going out of business.
Dealt with Mr Duffy from Scotia who provided us with a great service , he took us through the whole purchasing process in a very proffesional and reassuring manner , we purchased our 13 windows 2 patio doors and anthracite front door and screens with zero hassle ,excellent product and quality , they even held on to our order after the manufacturing as the renovation was running behind schedule ,again they did this without any issue ,yes I would definitely recommend this company
We had a rear door and two windows installed. The salesman and installers were excellent, however, the office staff were not so efficient and often difficult to reach by phone.
Nice windows at reasonable prices, cheaper if you measure you own windows & get a different installer. My price halved for supply only.
Great service when ordering windows for a garage conversion. Good quality windows and excellent delivery time.
Absolute dream of a company to deal with. customer service is second to none
