A fantastic club which offers such a high level of coaching for all abilities. My son has thoroughly enjoyed every class, and his skill and fitness levels have rocketed since joining the club. He has made some great friends along the way and has been inspired to try harder by his fellow pupils and his fantastic coach Dave Thorington.

Excellent club, very welcoming and friendly.  Instructors good with children, very patient and helpful. Lovely people and AWESOME WORKOUTS for EVERY ABILITY!!!

MY DAUGHTER JOINED THIS KICKBOXING CLUB ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO.IN THAT TIME HER FITNESS AND SELF DISCAPLINE HAS IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY. THE INSTRUCTOR [MR DAVID THORINGTON] IS  VERY PATIENT AND CONCIENTIOUS WHO HAS AN EXCELLENT REPORE WITH PEOPLE AND CONNECTS WELL WITH CHILDREN. HE HAS THE ABILITY TO GET THE MOST OUT OF HIS PUPILS.  A SPORT WITH LOTS OF FUN INVOLVED. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS CLUB FOR ANYONE OF ALL LEVELS.
