Really grateful to the staff for looking after me. Eye test was thorough and very well explained. Additional queries re contact lenses, corrective eye surgery etc, all answered in a way that I could understand. Smooth experience from initial check, eye test, to selecting frames. All the teen were friendly and welcoming. Thank you Bingley Specsavers! especially the manager and the lovely Zaina.
My husbands glasses frame lost a screw and the lovely young lady in specsavers mended it in 2 minutes . Super helpful, professional and kind .
Really lovely staff , but very poor on following up on customers orders , had to ring at least 6 times and still no further information given , and never got the phone call back I was promised on 2 occasions! , 2 months later I still havnt got by contact lenses !, after over 25 years of brilliant service at Keighley I'm going to make the journey back to them , I even gave them the benefit of the doubt as it’s a new branch and teething problems happen .Very disappointing as it’s great to have specsavers in bingley ! such a shame as the staff are loving
