Scobbys have the most amazing staff,  friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can and if they haven't got what your looking for will do there utmost to get it.

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star.. Absolutely shocking customer service. Staff member was rude and unhelpful. The other customer who left 4 stars must have gone to a different store.
The lady with the long stringy hair (I use the term lady loosely) was unhelpful, rude and condescending. 
She talked over me and wouldn't accept that my product was faulty. 
I would AVOID THE STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE. A much better service to be had at the pet shop opposite Barclays Bank.

great wee pet shop and it a local store run by local people wide range of foods seeds flake pellets hay straw frozen live if you got a pet big or small fins or feathers 8 legs or none Scooby's will have your pets wellbeing and play time sorted. If for any reason they don't  will have it most times if not they will order it for you and a lot quickier than most. That all stock of garden ornaments along with little suprise's to warm your soul. Being family owned and run you are welcomed spoke to chatted with and Farewell's as so.special offers every month offering brands not available elsewhere.
