Booked my daughter in for a Photo shoot as a gift for Xmas and she absolutely loved it, the pictures were amazing, we couldn't buy them all on the day she was gutted, would have loved to be able to buy after the event. The photographer was friendly and really good, made her feel really relaxed. Thank you for a great experience

I came to have a mother-son photo shoot. Staff was lovely, my make up artist done amazing job with my hair and face. The photographer was fun and made us feel comfortable.

My Mum and I won second prize in a Flawless Studios competition so came to Leeds Flawless Studios to redeem our makeover and photoshoot. The Flawless team kept in touch regularly, and when we arrived we were welcomed warmly by all members of staff who discussed with us our day so we knew what to expect.  We filled in a form about our four chosen outfits for the photo shoot, our makeup preference, and hair preference. The women in charge of our hair and makeup did not look at these sheets. The hair and makeup did look really good, the women were both very talented, but I do wish that my hair was more vintage like mentioned on my sheet and in person. I also felt like it was kind of rushed because they ended up not revisiting my hair or painting my nails or adding wings onto my eyeliner as promised because another person was waiting for their makeover.  The women doing our photo shoot was amazing! Both my Mum and I are quite awkward when it comes to posing but she made it feel much more natural for us and went through each pose with us patiently and kindly. She was such a natural! We got to wear three out of our four outfits and the photos turned out amazing. Considering we felt so awkward we didn’t look it. For 10 photos the woman told us we would only have to pay for 6, and this came to £475. I was quite shocked that they were so expensive considering that the contour of the deal was advertised as a £20 experience but I guess that’s how companies draw you in and get more money from you. I understand that the photos were lovely and that makeup and hair was done for us and that photos were carefully taken for us but £475 for 6 digital photos seems a lot to me and it’s a shame because there are a couple of photos I keep thinking about which I wish we could have had too had it been cheaper. We didn’t have time to think about it either it was all quite rushed.  We also got told that if we each wrote down 24 contact names and numbers then we would each get a freebie - we wrote down 25 each and did not receive a freebie each. Now all of our friends keep messaging us saying that Flawless keep calling them every couple of days after they already said they’re weren’t interested so they have ended up blocking the number.  All in all a 50/50 experience. One definitely to remember with great photos but one we probably won’t be doing again.

I had a brilliant afternoon here and LOVED my pictures, I bought far more of them than I expected. Only drop 1 star as in an ideal world the viewing and choosing of the pictures would be done at hone, where you can view and flip about as much as you like. I have done it this way with other studios.

I've given 4 stars for a reason that I will explain later on. Got there the staff on reception pleasant and helpful. The girls who did the make up, lovley. Had a really good laugh with them and they did my hair and make-up great, was really pleased with the look. Photographer was a young girl she was great, she took some fantastic pictures. Now for the 4 star review reason. The price of the pictures were extortionate. The woman was trying her upmost for us to buy pictures and spread the cost with finance. The pictures were nice but not enough for us to pay the amount they wanted over 6 months on finance. So we got 3 digital images and that cost me £125.  So unfortunately I won't return there again as the cost of the pictures were just to high . We had a photo shoot my husband and I with Madison Bou at Hazelwood castle and they only charged us £250 for over 70 digital image's. When I told the ladie at flawless, her response was they couldn't of been upmarket as them  Her whole persona changed after that.

We had fun me and my daughter… the staff was friendly helpful and amazing especially the photographer, she really like her job . but I think is a bit too expensive… I think they should have prices for all the pockets.

Went with my daughter for makeover/photoshoot ..we were made to feel at ease straight away. The make up ladies were fabulous and their work made us look and feel amazing ..we had so much fun doing the photos and the photographer was awesome ..when we viewed our images we had tears in our eyes.we couldn't afford all the images but we felt rewarded with what we came away with ..definately recommend these guys ..

AVOID. This company use some really scammy tactics. First of all, if you enter any of their competitions they'll tell you you're a runner up. You and the hundreds of other people who entered. You'll be offered a £20 experience day after being harassed on the phone, which you do get. The trick is at the end: they'll use horrific pressure tactics to try and extort thousands from you. Literally will charge you hundreds even for just a few digital photos. It's like Jekyll and Hyde, if you don't fall for it you'll be treated like trash. Honestly would recommend unless you're fully prepared to say no.

Not even gone to the company. Received a call from my daughter and was told that she is due a complimentary makeover and photoshoot because she was a finalist in a contest. The gentlemen I spoke to said that they were sponsors of the competition. I explained that we do not live in the area so we can only do the makeover once we arrived he said that was fine I said that I would need to check with the company to see if the contestants can leave the premise on the day. He said to book it at £25 to secure the place and I asked if it would be ok to cancel.  He said as long as you cancel you will get your money back. The deposit is just for people that don’t turn up. So I booked it on the 28th and then on the 3rd I called to cancel because my daughter is no longer doing the contest. Not only that I also found out that they are not sponsors of the competition so he just lied to me. When I called they said they couldn’t cancel the booking and when I said I specifically asked you if I could he became aggressive which is extremely unprofessional saying that he never said that. I asked him to listen to the taped recordings of the conversation and he said that they do not record the conversation. This leads me to believe they con people regularly. I was told to email customer service. So I did and have heard nothing back. They have had my money longer they my booking was live. I have given them enough time to cancel it for 3 weeks but have heard nothing from them. I don’t think anyone should use this company because of the customer service and their booking system. Until they put customers first they should be out of business. I have no idea if their makeover etc is any good. The review is based on their customer services and booking facility only. Until we stand up to companies like this they will continue to con us and make money off us without fulfilling their service. It seems like they treat all clients like this.  I have now amended this review as the situation has been resolved. What I would say is to make sure if booking over the telephone to ask for the T&Cs before making payment

Amazing experience. We all really enjoyed our day from start to finish. The staff were very friendly & met all our expectations. Would defo recommend
