I ordered a pair of shoes from this company in a size 7 EU41/42, they were reduced from £40 to £32.99. They sent me an EU size 40, which is a size 6! I could see very clearly when I open the box that they wouldn’t fit me, so I contacted the company about returning them. A woman at Schoose, Ann Whetherelt told me that they would not pay return postage, despite it not being my fault they were not my size. I therefore wouldn’t recommend this company at all, but clearly bought a batch of cheap shoes, incorrectly size marked and I don’t see why I should pay the return postage cost when it’s their fault entirely!! Entire postage has cost me £6.48 and I have absolutely nothing to show for that!
A really good shoe shop stocking both high end and cheaper shoes, something for every pocket! There is great personal service and a loyalty scheme for regular shoppers. I have been using this store for many years and have never been disappointed.
Great selection of footwear, top brands.I am a fan of the Hotter range, Calling regularly enables me to snap up discounted shoes, There are usually bargains, friendly service and free parking a bonus.

Outstanding service! I purchased some walking boots which failed after 6 months light use. The owner took a look at them and offered a replacement, with no fuss. This is exactly the reason why I try to shop locally, if / when things go wrong it's much easier to deal face to face with a human, than hours of live chat, emails or phone calls to try and get a problem resolved. I'll be back when I need to get new day to day shoes too. Thanks Anna & team.
