No star for this company. During Covid, they deliberately took our orders knowing that they will never post them. When we contacted them, they were very rude, claimed that they were a new online only business and blankly refused to refund our money. This is a false. When companies change hands, the new owner would forward old customers who are owed money or goods to the previous owner. Of course this company just wanted to get rid of us, as they were the very same people who owed us and now only operating online. Any honourable company would have refunded especially in these difficult times where they are boosted by government scheme. Just to let you know if you investigate, the company had three shops, in Stourbridge, Tamworth and Burton, all so called closed, but if you go to their websites, they still operate with exactly the same contact details, as the company is exactly the same company, they just very cleverly closed the high street shops, made money on those non-delivered orders and now operating online as if nothing had happened. I have reported them for fraud, and invite all those who have been cheated to do the same by looking their online reviews, they have done this many times before. This company certainly made revenue during Covid, whilst we all lost.
Placed an order beginning of September, fully paid. I have not received the order have complained twice by email, no reply. Store seems to be shut permanently and no one answers the phone. Still have no refund. Absolutely disgusting!!!
I placed order on 2nd sept and I'm still waiting for it .. I've emailed and sent message and no reply at all . Wheres my order ??? Terrible service
Went into get a walking dead t shirt. All they had was uniforms. So I picked one up for the missis.
