We have been for a carvery for the first time today. It won't be the last time. Excellent food , brilliant variety of veg. Brilliant meat. Beautiful clean and well presented.
First time visiting the SSC which has been a quietly popular place for carveries over the last few years. This place does not disappoint.nnWe booked in and the service upon arrival was brilliant - drinks ordered and provided swiftly and we were given our tickets for the carvery.nnThe carvery had a great selection of meats and the vegetable section had a plethora of options. Extra points for little sausages and amazing Yorkshire puddings. The plates are a great size, supremely good value for money.
First time here, couldn't recommend it enough, massive choice of meat & veg all freshly cooked, lovely clean place friendly staff and decent price! What more do you want? I'll definitely be returning 5*
We an amazing evening bar staff were so friendly and when we went through to the eatery the waiting staff couldn't do enough they really made the best atmosphere.nAs for the food what a bloody pie that was not only did it nearly fill the plate but it was full to the brim with filling. We had half chips half mash and we couldn't finish it the chef who hand makes the pie and fillings is absolutely amazing. We will be back again and again what value for money. Thank you for a great night
