I really, really don’t like to leave reviews like this but I absolutely feel I have to. If you continue to read, you’ll see why. I sell a few bits on eBay. Sometimes customers choose Evri -Some choose Royal Mail. I’d been doing two stops before the lovely staff at woodlands post office informed me that this post office did both evri and Royal Mail.nMy first encounter with this lady, I was my usual self-being friendly, making small talk. She wanted none of it. Quite abrupt - so I thought - she obviously doesn’t like people-fair enough. I DO like people. I’m a people person. I’ve been today 25/6/26 at - god forbid-and ‘apparently-I should know that that’s the time that Royal Mail are picking up parcels 5pm.nShe was her usual rude self to the three people that were before me - so I was literally thinking - ‘well, she must just be rude to everyone’ I passed over my 4 parcels - 2 evri-2 Royal Mail. Didn’t speak to her because she’s just rude to everyone- and as I took my receipt and headed out-I heard her say ‘ignorant cow’. ABOUT ME!!!nShe’d simply had a small taste of her own medicine.nI will continue to use this post office - I won’t go at 5pm again - as apparently I should know not to go at that time - even tho the post office is open til 5.30.nI am a nice person, I’m not ignorant- nor am I cow. This lady SERIOUSLY needs a lesson in customer service. She might be very busy and on her own - but that’s not my fault. I’m a customer and wanted to send my items.nI will absolutely go to this post office again. I will not be intimidated and scared to use this post office again.
The level of service in this post office is diabolical . Certain members of staff need to go on customer service training. A parcel delivered the day before and you go to collect and they can’t be bothered to look for it, telling you to come back the next day!! Well people haven’t got the time to keep popping back to collect at their convenience. I am taking the matter right to the top. This woman’s customers service skills are disgraceful.
Inefficient!nCollected a dpd parcel today. No clear signage at door to know what queue to use.nStaff on post office rear desk took longer than a dinosaur to process anything on the computer/device.nnNot great, will endeavour to avoid
It's a nightmare trying to collect your parcels from that post office. Came to get my parcels next day after getting notification it's there and got told it's not sorted yet. Lady working there was quite rude.nI understand it can take a time so I came again two days later. Got told it's not there, tried to ask what could I do to find out what happened, but wasn't able to finish my question, she told me that everything on shelves is in alfabetical order and it's nothing for me there.nAnd it wasn't first time I was getting that type of attitude at that post office branch.nIt's unbelievable! It's definitely last time I went to that place.
Always been helpful and pleasant with me . Clean tidy shop area good local service x
