Very good place to keep kids entertained. When we visited, only the Adventure Play area was opened, and my kids had a great time playing there. Staff are very friendly and polite. Will visit again when back in Wales again.
While the water park is still under construction, the ninja tag area is relatively well maintained- although they do need to repair some of the tag scanners in the adventure course. The seating area was very clean both occasions I have visited. The cafe has a small variety of hot and cold snacks/drinks. Prices aren't the worst I've seen at places like this.
The kids enjoyed running around the Ninja course burning off there energy.nnThe place was very clean and tidy.nnStaff were very friendly and explained everything fully to the kids before they went in and enjoyed the ninja trail.
Great place!!! We were on holiday with our 18 month old daughter and we were looking for things to do. As it was out of season so a lot things shut.nWe found SC2 by Googling and we just expected a bit of an average water park. We were wrong! As we walked in the place looked amazing, all jungle type themed and done to a high standard. Very clean which is hard to find for kids swimming I thinknAll floors were non slip which made it very easy for our toddler to walk/run around. Changing rooms were great, they have family cubicles which made it so much easier getting our girl ready and ourselves.nThe session was great, it was free roam of the small slides, and the pool where all the water play was. The lifeguards were doing a great job, always keeping an eye and there was a few around which is great.n100% recommend!!!nStaff were friendlynCafe looked amazing
I can't say a lot for the facilities like the pool, slides or play centre as we only used the cafe, so that's what this review is for.nThe cafe area was really clean and well maintained, with the staff there making sure it stayed this way too!nThe selection was quite good as well-with some decent gluten free options which was great for my coeliac partner, daughter and niece.nThe staff themselves were super helpful and made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble!nEven when it grew close to closing time we came back after having lunch earlier in the day they didn't make us feel awkward or as if we were in the way!nSo, great facilities, great menu but even better staff!
