A very nice place to come for food, convenient and quick serving times, beatiful food and a lot of it to choose from
Excellent food, pleasant staff, but disgusting ladies toilets. Never any hand washing facilities, no ventalation, always smells, and far too small, Needs one decent size toilet and suitable for disabled. All food and service is good just the toilets let the place down. Not other branches, just the one in Rhyl where I live and frequent daily.
Great branch. Option to sit in if you'd like, easy walk in / walk out if taking away, I'd love to see more veggie sausage rolls as every time I go I seem to just miss out but overall, a great place to grab something cheap if you need a bite on the go x
The male employee couldn't take a simple order properly and he couldn't even work out the correct change and ended up giving me too much change even though I told him what change was needed. I've been here lots of times and honestly I can say I was very disappointed by the way I was served and other customers were moaning. Not sure if I'll go again
Staff are obnoxious and stood arguing with each other food takes nearly half hour to arrive manager barking orders to staff in front of customers place is going down hill food portions are ridiculous for the price it's more like child portions
The best Sausage rolls ever And the customer service is outstanding Especially the 2 lovely Ladies who work there Place wouldn't be the same without them Trust me one of the best places to go Around here by far
Extremely rude staff the manager Norma need customer service training .I asked for a chips cheese gravy the girl who served she said they wont able to do because not on menu....so i said i want a chips and gravy and a portion of cheese what they put on Jackets she said no.....than i ordered a cheese on toast and a can of sprite the can was £1.50 i did cancelled the drink only...went to poundland next door and got 3 can for a quid. I was waiting 25 minutes for the cheese on toast when i lost my temper and i asked what is going on...they simply forgotten my toast...the big youngsize 22 girl give a look but no apologies. ..what a rubbish service and place...the tables sticky and old.....do not go there!
Lovely pie's and pasties really tasty and at two for a pound great value, the sandwiches and bagets are also very good for the money it's wheelchair accessible and the staff are friendly.
A nice friendly cafe. The food is good at a very reasonable price. Well worth a visit.
This takeaway sandwich/pasty shop isn't as good it used to be. They used to do some interesting fillings in their baguettes like Mexican Chicken and Chicken Tikka but these days they only seem to do boring and predictable fillings like ham salad. Also a lot of things now cost £1.50 rather than a quid so maybe they need to change their name to OnePoundFiftyBakery. The food is ok but not quite as ok as it was in the past. p.s. The photo currently illustrating PoundBakery is actually a photo of Sayers Cafe which is admittedly owned by the same company and is immediately next door but it isn't a photo of PoundBakery!
